SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with creating cosmetic preparation or multi-purpose foundation for cosmetic remedies for skin care. The suggested cosmetic preparation based upon brown algae contains the complex of polysaccharides, fucoidan, amino acids, lipids, macro- and microelements and water among them, which should be obtained due to soaking brown algae followed by reducing, infusing in solution of 0.5-1.0%-hydrochloric acid, extracting in medium that contains sodium cations at pH being 8.509.0 and temperature ranged 80-90°C for 2.0-2.5 h, extracting an extract and supplementing it with citric acid up to pH5.0 and 0.3%-calcium lactate or citrate at obtaining the complex. Also, the suggested cosmetic preparation can additionally contain biologically active substances of plant and/or animal origin, and, also, any target additives. The preparation in question could be designed as a cosmetic napkin, mask, scrub, nourishing cream for taking care of nails on hands and feet.
