FIELD: oil-producing industry; petroleum industry; other industries; methods and devices for cleansing of the tank from the bottom sediments.
SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions is pertaining to the field of transportation and storage of petroleum, oil products and may be used, in particular, for cleansing of the stationary tanks. It ensures the increased efficiency of cleansing of the oil tanks from the bottom sediments, the environmental safety and the price reduction. The method includes cleansing of the tanks walls and bottoms under action of the jet of the heated working substance under pressure in the field of the centrifugal forces. At that before application of the heated working substance the tank is filled with the petroleum, then the mixture of the bottom sediments and the petroleum is subjected to the action of the jet of the exhaust steam with the temperature 110-130°С in the ratio of 1:(3-5) accordingly till reaching the temperature of 100-105°C with the subsequent settling within 1-2 days and pumping out of the petroleum and melted paraffin. Then in the present in the tank residual sediment introduce the fraction of the petroleum with the temperature of 150-360°С in the ratio of 1: (3-5) accordingly. Then the mixture of the bottom sediment and the petroleum fraction with the temperature of 150-360°С is subjected to action of the jet of the direct steam with the temperature of 50-250°С under pressure of 1.0-1.5 MPa, settle the mixture within 1-2 days, remove the mixture of the petroleum and the extracted product from the bottom sediment. Then they exercise the drain of the water and unloading of the mechanical impurities. The device for realization of the method includes body, the pipe for feeding of the working substance and the annular collector supplied with the distributing components. The annular collector is supplied with the spray injectors disposed on the outer and inner surfaces of the annular collector spaced by 1.5 m from each other. At that the collector has the diameter equal to 0.5 D and is located at the distance of 0.25 D from the inner wall of the tank and at the distance of 150 mm from the bottom, where D is the diameter of the tank.
EFFECT: the group of the inventions ensures the increased efficiency of cleansing of the oil tanks from the bottom sediments, the environmental safety and the production process price reduction.
