FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes pumping of a commercial product from a tank, placement of a device for cooling polluted water and separation of oil products and dissolved substances from it in the process of cooling, removal of the device from the tank, pumping and utilisation of polluted water, placement of a cleaning device into the tank, supply of a heated oil product into the tank under pressure, cleaning walls and bottom from oil sludge and its discharge, removal of the device from the tank, neutralisation and solidification of oil sludge in the course of thermal processing and polymerisation. The novelty of the method consists in the following: the device for water cooling is placed directly in the layer of polluted water, water is cooled layer by layer to a temperature of 4…0°C and the temperature mode is supported to complete separation of oil products and dissolved substances from water, and after placement of the cleaning device in the tank the oil product, heated to the temperature by 15°C lower than the flash point is supplied into the zone of the device contact with oil sludge, and the walls and bottom of the tank are cleaned from oil sludge with the application of cutting elements, screws and a vacuum pump, included into the cleaning device. The device for cleaning the tank from polluted water includes a system of tubes for pumping a working agent from a refrigerating compressor and is provided with a mechanism for space travel. The device for cleaning the tank from oil sludge includes a screw transporter, which has a flexible hose for the discharge of polluted substances in its upper part and a pivotally fixed section with a conic diffuser, a vacuum pump and a mechanism for the said device travel in space, as well as a hose for the supply of the heated oil product in its lower part.
EFFECT: main part of the transporter is made of pipe and screw sections, with the screw section located in a conic diffuser and the diffuser itself being equipped respectively with the cutting elements and an elastic ring gasket.
