FIELD: hydraulic tools, namely portable hydraulic tools for cutting rod material.

SUBSTANCE: shears include body in one end of which reservoir for working liquid is mounted. In turnings of tool body are arranged: spring-loaded piston with sleeve, plunger, valve mechanism having suction, pressure and discharging valves, shearing head with movable cutter secured to rod of piston, unit for discharging working liquid and lever mechanism having movable and fixed levers. Said levers are provided with handle for discharging working liquid. Handle has opening for fitting it onto rod of working liquid discharging unit with possibility of resting upon stop secured to lower portion of rod. In second variant of invention at side of shearing head on housing counter-nut is mounted for rotating and fixing said head by any angle.

EFFECT: easy usage, enlarged manufacturing possibilities of shears.
