FIELD: processes and tools for abrasive jet working, namely system with closed circulation of working fluid.

SUBSTANCE: in hollow housing nozzle is arranged for supplying air-abrasive fluid while inner circuit for suction off waste working fluid is opened towards working surface. Brush member of said inner circuit restricts inner circuit for suction off waste working fluid that communicates with evacuation system through branch pipe of inner circuit. Branch pipe of outer circuit and sleeve with outer cylindrical part form outer circuit arranged along axis of inner circuit and of nozzle, for suction off waste working fluid. Brush member is mounted on outer cylindrical part of sleeve; said outer cylindrical part of sleeve is made according to condition of axial motion of brush member and its fixation. Sleeve has turning at side of worked surface and semicircular through groove for pneumatic communication of end part of sleeve with branch pipe of outer circuit. Branch pipe of outer circuit has gradually changing cross section in direction to union for connecting with evacuation system. Branch pipes of outer and inner circuits are arranged at both sides of housing in plane passing through symmetry axis of nozzle. Branch pipe of inner circuit is inclined by acute angle relative to axis of nozzle in direction of feeding air-abrasive fluid.

EFFECT: possibility for providing tool operation without readjustment at changing flow rate of supplied and sucked off air.
