FIELD: apparatuses for pneumatic separation of powder materials, possibly for processes of abrasive-jet treatment at dry regeneration of abrasive fluids.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes separator in the form of drum with open ends and latticed surface mounted on shaft and embraced by housing; fan creating air flow along axis of drum and supply branch pipe arranged at opposite open ends of drum; unit for distributing abrasive fluid in cavity of drum; receptacle for regenerated abrasive fluid arranged under latticed surface; large particle and dust fraction collector; drive coupled with shaft. Unit for distributing abrasive fluid in cavity of drum is in the form of air-abrasive flow splitter mounted on supply branch pipe and inclined relative to drum axis. Said drum is in the form of truncated cone secured to horizontal shaft arranged outside drum at side of small base of drum. Air-abrasive flow splitter and collector of large particles and duct fraction are arranged at side of large base of drum. Blades of fan are joined with drive through free-wheel clutch mounted in shaft.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of abrasive fluid regeneration, lowered material consumption, simplified design, comfortable usage of apparatus.
