FIELD: treating different type surfaces, possibly for removing contaminations and for imparting predetermined roughness degree before applying protective coatings. SUBSTANCE: tool has air cooled chamber; combustion chamber with perforated variable cross section wall; tubular member for pneumoabrasive mixture; outlet nozzle with unit for axially moving and fastening it. Two swirlers for gaseous oxidizer and for fuel mixture have helical turnings communicated with respective branch pipes. Nozzle is mounted in profiled sleeve arranged in cylindrical holder and forming annular chamber for cooling profiled sleeve and nozzle; said annular chamber is communicated with air cooled chamber and with combustion chamber. EFFECT: improved design allowing to perform treatment with use of cold abrasive-air jet and thermoabrasive jet, enhanced efficiency and stability of tool operation, simplified control of treatment parameters. 6 cl, 5 dwg
