FIELD: oil production, particularly for troublesome zone isolation during well drilling and casing pipe repair.

SUBSTANCE: method involves serially connecting profiled pipe with each other along profiled generatrix with the use of lock connection; lowering upper and lower cylindrical sections in well so that the sections are arranged in stable rock, wherein upper and lower sections are provided with shoe and sub having through channel, and shoe and sub are detachably retained in air-tight manner; lowering check valve in well; straightening cylindrical sections with pressure and providing mechanical expansion thereof so that the cylindrical sections are pressed to well wall; installing cylindrical sleeves on outer surfaces of cylindrical sections. Cylindrical sections are expanded in the following way: upper cylindrical section is expanded by sub movement, wherein the sub is made as arbor head with main and additional expanding cones and annular depression located under the cones and adapted for compression retention of profiled seal in upper cylindrical section. Lower cylindrical section is expanded by upward shoe movement. The shoe is made as additional arbor head with main and additional expanding cones and annular depression located under the cones for profiled seal retention in lower cylindrical section by profiled seal compression. After mechanical upper section expansion and before lower section expansion the sub is lowered along profiled seal to engage shoe for upward shoe movement.

EFFECT: increased operational reliability and decreased time and costs.
