SUBSTANCE: device comprises tubular body connected with piston and wedge pusher with cutter holders and working cutters. Device has support body and activation slide body. Case is connected to support body and is installed outside piston. Tubular body and slide body are connected to piston and pipe string correspondingly. Upper part of tubular body has radial channels. Case comprises cylindrical pipe installed in upper part thereof and air-tightly enclosing tubular body and is provided with conical extension. The conical extension is arranged at upper case end and widens upwards. Cylindrical pipe has anchor including anchor body with guiding pin and centrators with slips. The centrators are urged outside by means of springs. Grooves cooperating with guiding pin are created on outer surface of cylindrical pipe.
