FIELD: mining, particularly lining tunnels, galleries or other underground cavities.
SUBSTANCE: method involves installing two pneumatic post rows in area of longwall junction with entry; supplying compressed air through pneumatic posts to provide spacing between seam roof and floor. Pneumatic posts are spaced apart a distance equal to Bullflex pier diameter to be installed between the posts in direction from goaf side towards longwall face beginning from the first row, which is the nearest to the goaf side. As Bullflex piers gain working resistance pneumatic posts located between the piers are unloaded and placed in belt entry. The posts are replaced with Bullflex piers. As longwall face moves to pneumatic posts of the first row and then to that of the second row next pneumatic posts are installed, compressed air is supplied and spacing is maintained between seam roof and floor. Pneumatic posts adjoining Bullflex piers are unloaded in the second post row and then in the first one and then placed in belt entry. The pneumatic posts are replaced with Bullflex piers. After that the operations are repeated.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of developing entry supporting and repeatedly usage.
