FIELD: construction, hydrotechnics.

SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to field of oil products preparation for subsequent processing, namely for natural shelf ecological preservation from contamination with faster oil sludge processing. Method of oil sludge accumulation includes assessment of supposed amount of pumped over sludge oil, assessment of surface pattern where oil sludge collection should be performed. Plant with facilities for technical removal of oil sludge is based, position of prevailing winds is chosen to establish lowest resistance to wind force, pontoons are rigidly fixed with each other using gangway at distance of 2,5÷3,5 m from shore line depending on depth of sludge pit or spilled oil. Pontoons are used in floating state or in position of landing on natural shelf bed. Volume of heated section is set equal to 20÷30 m3 with area of 30÷40 m2 of warming-up with heat exchanger on receiving loop with filters providing smooth oil product delivery. With depth of layer heating up to 20 cm in place of heated oil sludge accumulation suction pipeline of sludge separator is installed. In streamline operation conditions filtered and preliminary refined oil sludge is delivered through delivery pipeline of this separator to containers. During sludge separation pressed cake is removed from oil sludge. Throughout whole path of receiving, filtering, removing particulate impurities from oil sludge this sludge is warmed-up before immediate pumping it over into containers or mobile reservoirs. Delivery rate of oil sludge is maintained up to 10 m3/h÷12 m3/h under pressure of 1÷1.2 MPa with heating temperature of oil sludge stream of up to 90°C. As heat medium, warmed-up tosol is used which passes over siphon pipline jacket, used for oil sludge transportation.

EFFECT: increased technological possibilities of method for oil sludge transportation taking in to account factors that accelerate this process.
