SUBSTANCE: device comprises chamber filled with the indicating liquid, stop valve, driving chamber with piston and outlet valve that is connected with the gas pipeline, and pipe. The device is provided with the plunger mounted in the cylinder of the piston. The diameter of the piston is larger than the diameter of the plunger, and the piston is connected with the plunger and pipe mounted coaxially to the piston and plunger. The driving chamber can be connected with the gas pipeline through the pipe. The chamber with indicating chamber is ring-shaped and can be connected with the gas pipeline through the passage in the sleeve when the stop valve is closed.
