SUBSTANCE: the suggested canned food deals with cutting, reducing upon a chopper and roasting beef in melted butter; cutting, frying in melted butter and reducing onions upon a chopper; freezing and reducing spinach and parsley greens upon a chopper; reducing garlic upon a chopper followed by mixing the above-mentioned components with bone broth, common salt and CO2-extracts of the preset micromycete type biomass and hot black pepper. Then it is necessary to carry out procedures on packing the mixture obtained into aluminum tubes followed by sealing and sterilization. This enables to obtain new canned food for cosmic nutrition being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dish.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
