SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing meat-vegetable canned food for cosmic nutrition. One should cut and reduce hen meat upon a chopper, cut, fry in melted butter and reduce onions upon a chopper, freeze and reduce kidney beans and parsley greens upon a chopper. The above-mentioned components should be mixed with bone broth, tomato paste, common salt and CO2-extracts of the preset micromycete type biomass and hot black pepper. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes followed by sealing and sterilization.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
