SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes potato cutting and blanching; squid fillet and onion cutting; green onion cutting and freezing. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with acetic acid, table salt and black pepper. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with vegetable oil, sealed and sterilized.

EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
