FIELD: milk scum preparing and/or milk heating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has steam feeding channel for feeding of steam through nozzle into milk feeding channel connected to mixing channel. Milk contacting parts are provided with hydrophobic and oleophobic surface formed by nano-particles partly consisting of silver or compounds thereof. Apparatus may be used in conjunction with coffee machine for preparing of espresso or may be placed within coffee machine for preparing of espresso. Espresso preparing machine may be furnished with apparatus for preparing of milk scum and/or heating of milk.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and convenient usage of apparatus.
