SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an espresso coffee machine with a steam stick, which includes the following improvements: a water heater supplying steam to the Venturi tube; an air pump controlled by signals of pulse-width modulation from the controller to provide for supply of controlled flow of compressed air into the Venturi tube; check valve installed between air pump and Venturi tube; pressure sensor installed between water heater and steam stick, which provides for supply of feedback signal to real-time controller by pressure. Controller monitors the feedback signal in real time by pressure in order to control the variable air flow rate to the Venturi tube and to stop the steam generation function each time, when required, to obtain preset pressure value.

EFFECT: invention allows preventing steam tube locking.
