FIELD: beverage preparation devices.
SUBSTANCE: beverage preparation apparatus for dispensing coffee beverages comprises a boiler, a brewing device to which hot water is supplied from the boiler, and an outlet device connected to the brewing device through a hot beverage line. Apparatus comprises at least one outlet head fixed on the outlet device for dispensing one or more beverage components directed through separate product lines to the outlet device. At the same time, the outlet device contains a mechanical interface device for tight connection of the outlet head.
EFFECT: invention objective is to create a beverage preparation apparatus which would combine the advantages of a coffee machine and, as far as the outlet head is concerned, the advantages of a car-type coffee maker with respect to replaceability and simple cleaning.
