FIELD: mechanical rubber industry; other industries; methods of production of the non-shrinking rubber compositions.

SUBSTANCE: the invention may be used in tires production and other works of the mechanical rubber industry for production of the non-shrinking rubber compositions. The method of production of the rubber composition provides for pretreatment of the rubber component of the rubber composition with the subsequent introduction in it by means of the mixing equipment of the remaining ingredients. The caoutchouc is previously crumbled in the chips with the dimension of 0.1-50 mm. Then the chips of the caoutchouc is multiply is worked by the protrusions of the disk (discs) rotating inside the apparatus of the percussively- activating type. The rate of rotation is 3000-20000 rpm. The technical result of the invention consists in the decreased rigidity, the reduced elastic recovery and the increased plasticity of the rubber compositions, that allows to produce the semi-finished products with the heightened dimensional accuracy, and also in the reduction of the power inputs at manufacture and molding of these semi-finished products and in improvement of the complex of the physical-mechanical parameters of the rubbers.

EFFECT: the invention ensures: the decreased rubber compositions rigidity, the increased plasticity, production of the semi-finished products with the heightened dimensional accuracy, the reduced power inputs at manufacture and molding of these semi-finished products, the improved complex of their physical-mechanical parameters.
