FIELD: rubber materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubber materials that are used under conditions of exposure to negative temperatures. A frost-resistant rubber mixture containing 30.0-50.0 wt.pts. of isoprene rubber SKI-3 and 50.0-70.0 wt.pts. of butadiene rubber SKD-V is proposed, where per 100 wt.pts. of rubbers: stearic acid – 2.0 wt.pts.; carbon black P-803 – 80.0 wt.pts.; zinc oxide – 3.0 wt.pts.; dibutyl phthalate - 10.0 wt.pts.; diafen FP – 0.5 wt.pts.; acetonanyl - 0.5 wt.pts.; neozone D – 0.5 wt.pts.; sulfenamide C – 0.9 wt.pts.; sulfur – 2.0. wt.pts.
EFFECT: preservation of the strength characteristics of the elastomer during operation under conditions of exposure to negative temperatures.
