FIELD: oil production from wells by mechanized methods with the use of submersible pimping installations with controllable electric motors, particularly to develop oil producing wells, mainly marginal wells and ones providing mean output and/or for well bringing into optimal operational regime after well repair.
SUBSTANCE: method involves extracting liquid from well in alternation with liquid accumulation inside well as plant is switched-off; regulating mean-integral plant capacity over time by change of ratio between time of liquid extraction and that of liquid accumulation in well. Well development, bringing into optimal operational regime and following well operation is carried out with the use of controlled plant having capacity exceeding 80 m3/day. Plant pressure during liquid extraction from well is controlled by pump rotational speed to provide pump delivery equal to at least 0.9 of maximal delivery for said rotational speed in all control range. Plant is operated in periodical short-term regime characterized by liquid extraction and liquid accumulation time not exceeding that necessary to provide thermal equilibrium between plant components and ambient space.
EFFECT: decreased time and increased quality of well development and/or bringing into optimal operational regime, as well as increased turnaround time of well equipment.
