FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises source of optical coherent radiation, reference and object optically interconnected light paths provided with light generators, conical ring mirror for illuminating, unit for securing the resonator, optical system for forming interference pattern, and vision system having video camera, device for imaging interferogram, adjusting aperture set at the focus of the video camera and driving step motor. The video output of the video camera is connected with the peak voltmeter and voltmeter for measuring mean value whose output is connected with the first input of the adder through the inverter. The second input of the adder is connected with the output of the peak voltmeter. The output of the adder is connected with the first input of the divider whose second input is connected with the output of the mean value voltmeter and output is connected with the extremum controller.
