FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; materials used in the composition of the diaphragms of the ion-selective electrodes.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the ionometry, in particular, to the material intended for usage in the capacity of the sensitive component of the ion-selective electrodes for the quantitative determination of concentration the ions of lead in the water solutions. The invention provides, that the composition of the diaphragm of the ion-selective electrode for determination of the ions of lead in the capacity of the electrode-active component includes the diamides of the dipicolinic (2,6-piridindicarboxylic) acid, in the capacity of the plasticizer - dioctyl sebacate (DOS), and in the capacity of the lipophilic additive - cobalt chlorated dicarbolide (CChD). At that the composition has the following ratio of the components (in mass %): the electrode-active component - 1.0-3.0; the plasticizer (DOS) - 60.0-72.0; the lipophilic additive (CChD) - 0.1-6.0; the polyvinyl chloride - the rest. The invention allows to increase significantly the chemical sustainability(stability) of the diaphragm, in particular, in the presence of hydrogen and to conduct the measurement of the concentration of the ions of lead in the solutions with рН=0, and also to increase discrimination (selectivity) of the diaphragm to the ions of lead in the presence of some heavy metals. At that there are no chemical changes of the diaphragm and the significant change of the parameters of sensitivity. The range of the measured concentrations of the ions of lead makes from 10-6 up to 10-2.
EFFECT: the invention allows to increase significantly the diaphragm chemical stability in the presence of hydrogen, to conduct the measurements of the concentration of the ions of lead in the solutions with рН=0, to increase selectivity of the diaphragm to the ions of lead in the presence of some heavy metals practically without the chemical changes of the diaphragm or its sensitivity.
