At this value ranged 70.0-80.0 mcA one should refer meat to qualitative group NOR, at value being 69.9 mcA - to group PSE, at value of 80.1 mcA and higher - to group DFD. The innovation provides simple, painless and accurate evaluation of meat quality in swine.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation.
