SUBSTANCE: method involves determining nitrogen oxide concentration in blood serum at exacerbation stage and in 2 weeks after treatment beginning. Nitrogen oxide concentration falling from 78-94.2 to 66.2-71.4 mcM/l, the treatment is considered to be effective. The value falling from 82.4-98.2 to 72.6-85.8 mcM/l, the pemphigus treatment is considered to be ineffective.
EFFECT: improved reliability of diagnosis; high accuracy in estimating therapy effectiveness.
