FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves concurrently determining acid alpha-1 glycoprotein concentration in blood serum at exacerbation stage and in 2 weeks after treatment beginning. Acid alpha-1 glycoprotein concentration falling from 2.1-2.5 to 1.6-1.8 g/l, the pemphigus clinical course is considered to be heavy. The value falling from 1.9-2 to 1.4-1.55 g/l, the pemphigus clinical course is considered to be favorable.
