FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method of probability of children chronic haematogenous osteomyelitis development is offered. Using immune-enzyme analysis antibody blood content of double-helical DNA antineutrophilic antibodies is evaluated. If ATdDNA level is decreased from 15-30 unit/ml to 7-10 unit/ml, and antineutrophilic antibodies are detected in aggravation period and are not detected as treatment is complete, or antineutrophilic antibodies are not detected in aggravation and the whole period of treatment, favourable course of haematogenous osteomyelitis is predicted. If ATdDNA level does not tend to decrease concerning initial value or tends to increase to 31-90 unit/ml, and antineutrophilic antibodies are detected within the whole period of treatment, probability of children chronic haematogenous osteomyelitis development is predicted.
EFFECT: possibility of due developed individual approach to treatment of patient and prevention of unfavourable treatment outcome with reduced recovery terms.
