FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises reading the totality of the barycentric pulse moments of the pulsar from the initial pulse of the pulsar within the period of observations. The totality is used for correcting the value of the period of rotation of the pulsar and its derivatives. The measuring standard is then changed for atomic clock. The radio signals from the pulsar is additionally collected, and new value of the interval of the moment of the pulsar with respect to the initial one is determined for the atomic clock. The difference between the interval measured by the atomic clock and the interval calculated from the corrected value of the period of rotation of the pulsar and its derivatives is used for correcting the readings of the atomic clock.

EFFECT: enhanced stability.
