FIELD: communications engineering and measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: proposed space-time system that can be used for real-time measurements of movement parameters of mobile objects provides for yielding observation processing results directly in the course of observation in the form of current values of quantities being observed, observation interval being optimized with respect to two parameters: admissible static error in measuring main quantities being observed and Kotel'nikov-Nyquist inherent interval of fluctuation delay propagation in medium and instrumental fluctuations in hardware of observation stations; corrections of main quantities being observed in the form of difference between true and model pre-calculated values are used in feedback circuits of observation stations for correcting and minimizing measurement errors; in the process time and frequency synchronization errors are transferred to each observation station in the form of reference frequency and time signal corrections.

EFFECT: development of real-time space-time system depending for its operation on radio-interference measurements.
