Provision is made for functional multiplexing of global line of longbase interference metering network that functions as base system of fundamental coordinate-and-time support and oligarchic integrated-service synchronous network by placing nodal backbone switching and global-network synchronizing centers on standard stations of superlong-base radio interference metering network of unified fundamental coordinate-and-time support system, integrating hardware, and organizing unified set of main channels for real-time transmission of digital data streams.
