FIELD: electrical engineering; fuel cell systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed fuel cell system has fuel cell pile incorporating anode, cathode, and electrolyte membrane in-between; system fuel feed unit communicating with fuel cell pile anode through fuel feed line to convey hydrogen-containing fuel to anode; system air feed unit communicating with fuel cell pile cathode through air feed line to convey oxygen-containing air to fuel cell pile cathode. Fuel cell system also has heating unit for heating fuel supplied to fuel cell pile to desired temperature. Hence, heating unit is placed in operation dispensing with power supply.
EFFECT: enhanced capacity of fuel cell.
