FIELD: heating; electricity.
SUBSTANCE: according to invention modular fuel-element system includes multiple modular fuel-element systems, which are provided into appropriate apartments, and one module of reforming of common use for hydrogen supply into multiple modular fuel-element systems, at that modular fuel-element system contains: battery module, which generates electricity with the help of electrochemical reaction between supplied air and hydrogen that is supplied from the module of reforming of common use; module of air supply, which supplies air to battery module; combined module of heat exchange, which cools battery module with the help of heat removal from battery module and preservation of removed heat; module of hot water supply, which receives heat preserved in combined module of heat exchange, and supplies heat and hot water; auxiliary module of heat supply, which generates heat, receiving air that is supplied from module of air supply, and hydrogen that is directly sent from module of reforming of common use or discharged from the battery module after electrochemical reaction, and selectively supplies produced heat into module of hot water supply; and electric outlet module, which transforms electricity that is generated by battery module into supply voltage and delivers generated supply voltage to corresponding apartments.
EFFECT: high efficiency and stable provision with electric energy and heat energy to every apartment in all seasons.
