FIELD: FORENSIC MEDICINE.
SUBSTANCE: method can be used for preservation and reconstruction of corpse's appearance brought for forensic-judicial scrutiny. Method of copying bone objects for reconstruction and preservation of corpse's appearance follows several steps. Tested bone object, covered with Vaseline, is disposed between two plasticine units placed in cases and covered with Vaseline-lubricant. Then units are presses one against other to form precise array of object. Then object is removed and formed array is subject to subsequent processing. Quick-hardening matter is introduced into formed array. After matter is hardened, copy is removed and put in place of original. Plasticine units can be used many times.
EFFECT: quick and precise manufacture taken bone object's copy.
