SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the equipment used for realization of the production processes of settling at separation of the heterogeneous mediums. The settler contains body, the stirrer with the drive and the unions for inlet and outlet of the suspensions. The body is made in the form of the cylindrical tank with the plane conical bottom and the internal annular groove along the upper edge of the apparatus. In the tank there are in series located at least, two tiers in the form of the plane conical bottoms, in which there are the stirrers with the inclined vanes on which there are the rabbles for continuous stirring of the settling material and the common driving shaft, which makes from 0.015 up to 0.5 rpm. The body is connected with the distributor of the source suspension, the suspension feeding device made in the form of tube-bucket used for feeding of the suspension in each tier, the collector for gathering of the clarified liquid and the sediment collector. On the bottom of the cylindrical tank of each tier there is the fixed at least one vibrator, which automatically switches on for 1...2 seconds after each complete revolution of the stirrer. The technical result of the invention is the increased effectiveness of separation of the heterogeneous mediums.
