SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the equipment for realization of the processes of settling for separation of the heterogeneous mediums. The settler contains the body and the pipe connections for inlet and outlet of the slurries. In the body there are the conical shelves. The slurry is fed in through the pipe connection and distributed among the channels between the conical ledges in every odd ledge. The settled particles are moving downwards to the pipe connection for withdrawal of the slime, and the clarified liquid is withdrawn through the channels located between two overlying ledges and is withdrawn from the device through the pipe connection. On each conical ledge there is the fixed at least one vibrator, which is automatically switched on for 1 - 2 seconds after each minute of the settler operation. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of separation of the heterogeneous systems.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of separation of the heterogeneous systems.
