FIELD: mechanic.
SUBSTANCE: the conic jet scrubber contains a shell with nipples for contaminated and treated gas, a spraying device, a supporter, and limiting disks, between which a packing is installed, a liquid trap made as a layer of packing, located between the supporter and the limiting disks, and a mud outlet device; and a vibrator installed on the lower supporter disk. The spraying device is designed as a nozzle, which contains a shell with an inlet hole, a lid, a spring, a gasket seal between the shell and the lid; the spring is located between the lid and the swirler so that, in the lower part of the nozzle shell, a nozzle insert is installed, as a beveled washer with a calibrated conic hole, coaxial to the cylindrical surface of the swirler, with conicity inverse to that of the conical washer insert. The swirler is designed as an inversed cylindrical cup installed relative to the nozzle shell so that a ring gap is formed; two rows of orifice holes are made in the swirler as a minimum, and, in each row, two equally spaced swirlers tangential orifice holes equally spaced on the ring wall are made. The supporter disks and the packing located above the lower supporter disk are made of an elastic material; the packing is designed as two hollow polyethylene spheres, on the spherical surface of which a screw channel is cut.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase efficiency and reliability of process by increasing level of spraying of fluid by nozzles.
