SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, system for accessing a communication network through user terminal, where aforementioned services are stored in one or more databases or connected by links to one or more databases, connected to aforementioned communication network, while aforementioned system includes an interpreter module, which realizes interpretation of text phrases, inputted by user, where aforementioned module is configured correspondingly to output commands and/or requests, usable for processing by content logic module, on basis of result of given text and grammar recognition process; content logic module, meant for finding services among given services, present in one or several of aforementioned databases; priority logic module, meant for sorting aforementioned given services with the goal of creating a priority-based list in accordance to predetermined priority rules.
EFFECT: possible recognition of voice commands by system.
