SUBSTANCE: system includes server with the first interface for communication with user mobile telephone devices over mobile telephone communication network, and the second interface for communication with intermediary working as gateway to bank records of multiple bank organisations. The first interface is adapted at least to send queries about balance status to one of bank organisations through intermediary and to supply query answers about balance status for output to mobile telephone devices of users. The first interface executes protocol of safe communication which provides encoded safety tunnel of transport level. The tunnel is located between software client component and server.
