SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, in ROW method based DVD-RW disk management of DVD video file is conducted in accordance with VMGI (TPM-VMGI) time information, and management of extended file, different from DVD video file, such as JPEG file or similar, is conducted in accordance with intermediate control information (TMP EXTI), and space control information (TPM SBM), used in UDF and similar, is added to time VMGI (TPM-VMGI) to record a combination of DVD video file and extended file, such as JPEG file, and to control temporary space. Because of that it is possible to detect time space from TPM-SBM, even when extended file was deleted, DVD-RW disk is made interchangeable with an optical disk, for reading purposes only, due to completion.
EFFECT: recording of static image file in DVD format which is different from moving image file, possible placement of information in temporary space which appears as a result of erasure of any recorded area.
