FIELD: electrical equipment for internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: ignition coil has body with low- voltage block and high-voltage lead, core, winding unit with primary and secondary windings, diodes, main and additional feed-through capacitors made in form of hermetic part with central current-carrying rod which connects diode with terminal of high-voltage lead; interior of capacitor body is filled with compound fed through technological openings found in coil body. Butt part of coil form of secondary winding is provided with current-conducting fastening member for connection of current- carrying rod of feed-through capacitor with diode. Current-carrying rod of feed-through capacitor has groove on one side for locking it in fastening member of secondary winding of coil and on other end it may be thrown into contact with terminal of high-voltage lead of coil. Winding unit of ignition coil has secondary winding located on cylindrical form provided with projections on its outer surface and primary winding located on form of triangular section.
