FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. A small-sized high-voltage pulse transformer without a magnetic circuit contains a primary low-voltage and secondary high-voltage windings. The secondary high-voltage winding is wound from the axis of the transformer on an electrically conductive carrier that is removed after winding or left after winding with a non-conductive bearing element with the minimum permissible bending radius of the winding enamel wire on the bearing element 0.5-1.0 from the outer diameter of the winding wire, without a mandrel, frame, template or sleeve in layers turn to turn with separation of the wound layers of the winding enamel wire with interlayer insulation overlapping the length of the layers with an overlap. On top of the secondary winding, interwinding insulation is laid, on top of which the primary winding is wound. The entire structure is filled with an insulating compound or insulating liquid.
EFFECT: reducing weight and dimensions, increasing efficiency by improving magnetic flux linkage, reducing leakage fluxes of magnetic induction.
