SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with surgical treatment of femoral fractures or those of shin bones. It is necessary to introduce intramedullarly a rod with foramens for blocking screws, fulfill proximal and distal blockade due to introducing blocking screws, moreover, in proximal part these blocking screws should be introduced according to a guide. In case of distal blockade one should fulfill lateral medullary lancing to visually detect the disposition of foramens in the implanted rod and drill through foramens via the rod's foramens and cortical layer to introduce blocking screws. The innovation enables to achieve new level and quality in treating patients with comminuted fractures due to decreasing radiation loading upon a patients and medicinal personnel, simplify distal blockade that provides shortened terms for carrying out operation and period of a patient's staying under narcosis.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
