FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminarily fixing normal vertically oriented user vertebral column position and inadmissible vertebral column deviations from the normal position by means of transducer. The transducer is fixed on user cloths and electrically connected to system unit allowing interaction with software means operated by user with control means. Vertebral column position is adjusted by returning it to normal vertically oriented position. Inadmissible vertebral column deviations from the normal position are fixed by blocking software operation by means of transducer. Vertebral column position is adjusted by returning it to normal vertically oriented position by releasing software block by means of transducer. Device has PC units connected to each other. System unit is connected to electric power supply source, with software, means for saving, storing, reproducing and deleting data, control units and liquid crystal display.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in adjusting user posture.
