FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to a method for correcting posture. When performing the method, a posture correction sensor and a cable that exits the sensor are fixed on the user. The posture correction sensor is a housing. Inside the housing, the cable is attached to the variable resistor by a connecting element with the possibility of moving the connecting element in the sensor housing and changing the resistance of the variable resistor when the cable is stretched. A return mechanism is attached to the connecting element. The mechanism returns the connecting element to its original position when the tension of the cable is relaxed, thereby returning the original value of the variable resistor. For the operation of the sensor, a constant tension of the cable that exits the sensor is provided. The sensor and the cable are fixed on the scapulae using two semi-rigid belts. In this case, the straps pass through the scapulae and shoulders and are fixed by a third belt covering the human body. The sensor itself is fixed on one semi-rigid belt in the area of the scapula, and the end of the cable is symmetrically fixed on the second one. In the information management and processing system, the type of alert signal is selected. The installation of the correct value of the distance between the shoulder blades with the correct posture is performed. The values of the distance between the blades in the frontal and sagittal planes are recorded. The registered values are compared with the correct value in the information management and processing system. If the registered values deviate from the correct value, an alert signal is given. An acceptable period of time is established letting one deviate from the correct posture for an individual mode of operation with the possibility of using an automatic training mode, in which, based on the analysis of user behavior, the time period that making it possible to deviate from the correct posture is automatically reduced.
EFFECT: method for posture correction is provided for systematic daily use by controlling the individual physiological parameter of the human body, which is the criterion for correct posture in the frontal and sagittal planes, and timely informing about the violation of posture, consolidating the skills of correct posture of the user through the development of back-supporting muscles, which can contribute to the correction of existing posture defects.
