SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to inject about 0.5-0.7 ml calypsol for clinically healthy mature male rhesus macaque or crab-eating macaque, then successively after the onset of sleeping time it is important to introduce 5 solid gelatinous barium sulfate-containing capsules covered with a protective membrane into the fauces being deeper the tongue's root, then - 2 ml water into fauces being deeper the tongue's root to obtain roentgenograms of macaque's gastro-intestinal tract in its front lying position in direct antral projection every 10 min after introducing the capsules till the appearance of a barium sulfate "tail" out of the destructed capsules to establish the following information: the absence of optimal protective action of capsules' covering out against gastric digesta at appearance of barium sulfate "tail" out of the destructed capsules in the stomach or at the absence of capsular destruction in small intestine; the presence of optimal protective action of capsules' covering against gastric digesta at appearance of barium sulfate "tail" out of the destructed capsules only in small intestine. The innovation provides informative detection of protective action of capsules' covering based upon in vivo-model being adequate to capsules' behavior in human body.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of detection.
