SUBSTANCE: apparatus has device fixed at free end of shaft of high-rotational electric engine and designed for actuation of low-rotational electric engine for rotation of apparatus around axis and solenoid of magnetic valve only when rotational speed of electric engine carrying turbine reaches operating speed value. Such construction allows main disadvantage of prior art apparatus, namely, switching of magnetic valve solenoid to be effectuated simultaneously with high-rotational electric engine with the result that solution penetrated into nozzle flows without dissipation in room air to thereby reduce effectiveness of treatment.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in treatment of surface and reduced costs of surface treatment.
