SUBSTANCE: die set includes upper and lower stationary plates; punch holder with punch; die secured to die holder; pneumatic cylinder; guiding device mounted on end of lower stationary plate; mobile carriage arranged symmetrically relative to lengthwise axis of die set; electronic device for synchronous motion of belt blank and mobile carriage with die; device for synchronizing perforation pitch including housing, movable carriage, member for joining with die set body, guiding unit. Said device for synchronizing perforation pitch is used for basing perforated holes in order to improve accuracy of perforations.
