A punch is installed on the press slide, and a lower die is installed on the press table. A matrix holder with an upper matrix and an internal punch coaxial with it, which can move along the axis of the upper matrix relative to the matrix holder, is mounted on the press by means of a tubular rod. The upper matrix is fixedly installed in the matrix holder. The inner punch is spring-loaded relative to the die holder, which has a slot. At the end of the internal punch in contact with the lower end of the upper matrix, there is a socket that is pneumatically connected to the cavity of the tubular rod. The dimensions of the socket and the slot in the matrix holder are made in accordance with the shape of the waste punched in the upper matrix.
