FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; devices and the methods of manufacture of the articles by the thermal forming.
SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions is pertaining to the method used for the thermal forming of the article with its part having the smaller cross-section and to the device use for the method realization. The method for the thermoforming of the article having its part of the smaller cross-section uses the thermoforming mould with two parts and the bottom part. At that the thermoplastic material billet is pressed by the end of the core to the edge of the mold, limit the cavity of the thermoforming by the parts of the mold. Bring the thermoforming bucket in the active position for thermoforming, in which it(he) enters in the mould cavity from the inactive position, in which the bucket is outside of the cavity. To support the article removal from the mould the mould parts having the smaller cross-section are moved apart from each other. The device for thermoforming of the article having the part of the smaller cross-section contains the thermoforming mould, which includes at least two parts with the smaller cross-section defining the open edge and one bottom part; the core and the movable bucket of thermoforming. The device also contains the holding tools used for holding the side edge of the article concerning the core. For removal of the article from the mould its parts and the holding tools are made with the capability of to be actuated in the succession, at which two parts with the smaller cross-section are removed from each other. The holding tools are in the active position and hold the article concerning the core. At that at least one bottom part of the mould leaving from the core while the holding tools are in the active position. The technical result, which is attained at usage of the method and the device, consists in simplification of the device design and the device application.
EFFECT: the group of inventions ensures simplification of the device design and its application.
