SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of thiophene glycoside or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts of the general formula (I): wherein R1 and R2 mean hydrogen atom, (C1-C6)-alkyl that can be substituted with fluorine atom, or phenyl; A means (C0-C15)-alkanediyl wherein one or some carbon atoms can be replaced for -(C=O)-, -CH=CH-, -CH(OH)- or -NH-; n = 0-4; Cyc1 means 5-6-membered unsaturated cycle wherein one carbon atom can be substituted with sulfur atom (S); R3, R4 and R5 means hydrogen atom,, fluorine (F), chlorine (Cl), bromine (Br), iodine (J) atom, -OH, -NO2, -COOH, -COO-(C1-C6)-alkyl, (C1-C8)-alkyl, (C2-C6)-alkenyl, (C1-C12)-alkoxy-group, HO-(C1-C6)-alkyl, S-(C1-C6)-alkyl, -O-(CH2)0-phenyl, or R3 and R4 in common with carbon atoms bound with them form 5-7-membered saturated, partially or fully unsaturated cycle Cyc2 and wherein 1 or 2 carbon atoms can be replaced for oxygen atom (O); R5 means hydrogen atom. Proposed compounds can be used as anti-diabetic drugs. Also, invention describes a drug based on compounds of the formula (I), a method for its synthesis and using these compounds for preparing a drug used in treatment of diabetes mellitus type 1 and 2.
